FinnFitness — Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FinnFitness account and all associated data at any time, using either of the two paths below. Both result in the same outcome: your profile, workout history, logged sets, personal records, and all related data are erased from our systems.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

Open FinnFitness on your phone.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

Your account is removed immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you have already uninstalled it), email us from the address attached to your account.

Include the subject line: Delete my account.

We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process the deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What gets deleted

Your account, email, and display name
Your profile data (body weight, height, training preferences, injuries, equipment)
All workout history, exercise logs, and personal records
Synced data from Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect
Session moods, calendar entries, and external activity logs

What is retained

Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you may be retained for app improvement purposes. Crash and error diagnostics already collected by Sentry are retained under Sentry's standard retention policy and are not personally identifying.
